It's the little choices we make that impact our digestive health!

For many years I have experienced problems with my digestive system.

At first, it was an occasional thing. Then, it became a more regular occurrence. It began to disrupt time with my family, time at work, and was a nightmare to travel. The biggest problem was that I never knew what was going to cause it or when it was going to happen.

I quit drinking my most beloved beverage - milk and reduced dairy intake in hopes that it would be solved - nope. In fear of having digestive problems, I could never eat a full meal. It became normal for me to walk into a restaurant or a building and before anything else ensure I knew where the rest room was and that I had a clear path to get to it. Not a great way to experience life...



My husband saw me struggle through this. After seeing many commercials for Align (a probiotic supplement) promoting digestive health, he wanted me to try it. I've never been much of a pill or supplement person; however, I considered it.

Then, after having another episode preventing me from attending a work function, I decided that enough was enough. I bought Align, took the first pill that night, and slowly I regained my life back!

One simple pill every night before I go to bed has changed my life! Very rarely do I experience digestive problems any more. Going from having issues weekly or even daily to maybe once every 2 or 3 months is amazing in my eyes.

  • Reduce amount of foods containing Lactose
  • Reduce amount of food eaten at once
    • Eat small meals, but more often - which is a great way to keep your weight in balance
